The concept of MDA Foundation was conceived, developed and executed by Dr. Siddhartha Priya Ashok as the Chairman and Executive Director and Mrs. Sushila Bharti Nimesh as an Executive Director of the Foundation.

Dr. S. P. Ashok is a multi-facets personality. He is an Advocate, Activist, Poet, Writer and Social Worker. Dr. Ashok has resigned as Deputy Chief Legal Adviser from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) and has more than two decades’ experience in the field of the Contract Law, Arbitration, Oil and Gas Laws, Safety Laws, Labour Laws, Civil Matters, Criminal Matters, Service Matters, Property Matters, etc. Now, he practices as an Advocate, Arbitrator and Mediator. He is empanelled Arbitrator of Bombay High Court and also empanelled advocate, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC).
Dr. Ashok has deep understanding and knowledge of law. He acquired the degree of B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering), M.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication), LL.B., LL.M. (Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology), Diploma in Taxation Law, PG Diploma (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Basic Course on IP from WIPO, a Course “Arbitration and Mediation Procedure under WIPO Rules”, Geneva, Switzerland and Ph. D. (Law) from University of Mumbai.
He writes poetries and articles. His Articles have been published in various Magazines/Journals. He has presented his papers and delivered lectures in various colleges and programmes.
Dr. Ashok has deep commitment for social works and activities. He is Founder Secretary of National Educational Social and Traditional Knowledge (NEST) Foundation. NEST Foundation has Consultative Status with United Nations, Permanent Observer Status in World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), Partnership with PMNCH of WHO, and signed MOUs with United Nations Resource Centre (UNRC), and also working with UN Online Volunteering Services. He has been invited to World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), Geneva, Switzerland in the year 2011 and 2015 by WIPO in connection with issues of traditional knowledge.
Sushila Bharti Nimesh is the Director at MDA Education & Development Foundation. She is a highly skilled computer engineer and leads the technical and functional development of all the activities. She graduated from the prestigious Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology at Pant Nagar Uttarakhand in Computer Science in 1992.
Before MDA she worked in Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation (PSU, UP Government) and World Bank’s Project SWAJAL. Later she went on to work in the private sector as an ERP Head. She is working for the accomplishment of Dr Ambedkar’s vision of economic empowerment through self-help and entrepreneurship.
She is also serving as the Joint Secretary of VOICE (society registered under the Societies Registration Act,1860). According to her payback to society thought, she believes that our main concern should be to develop young talents of the society and foster in them a sense of confidence, purpose and social commitment.

Established National Educational Social and Traditional Knowledge (NEST) Foundation and registered with Government of India under Indian Trust Act, 1882 on 19 November 2009 and running and managing the affairs of NEST Foundation as its Secretary and Founder Trustee. NEST Foundation registered office is in New Delhi and is administrative office is in Shivasagar, Assam and its branch office is in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
NEST Foundation has PAN Card, 12 A and 80 G certificate of Income Tax Department, Government of India and files income tax returns every year.
NEST Foundation have received Special Consultative status by United Nations, Observer in World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), Member of PMNCH (Partnership for Maternal, New Born and Child Health) hosted by World Health Organisation (WHO), approved for Online Volunteering of United nations.
